What does this product do?

Olimp Chela-MZB provides per capsule: magnesium bisglycinate (Albion™) 250 mg (67% NRV), zinc bisglycinate (Albion™) 15 mg (150% NRV), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 4 mg (286% NRV). Note: magnesium oxide is also listed as an anti-caking agent — not all magnesium comes from bisglycinate. Capsule: gelatin. According to authorised nutrient claims: magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood; vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

What can I expect?

Take 1–2 capsules daily approximately 1 hour before bedtime with plenty of water. Pack: 60 capsules (30–60 days’ supply). Capsule contains gelatin — not suitable for vegans. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Always check the information on the packaging you receive.
